It’s a nightmare trying to schedule an appointment. Pro tip: an online booking system will make your life 110% easier and make your clients happier. Just a little about our experience: took my 12 year old in for a hair cut. Made the appointment a month or so in advance (could never get through by calling so showed up in person to book the appointment). When we showed up early for our 5 pm appointment, was met with a little consternation by Kat who stated “oh, I thought for some reason you were bringing in a toddler”…then waited while she worked on another client. Felt rushed, my daughter (unfortunately) wanted bangs again. Did not do a great job, should have been asked to reschedule at this point so Kat could do a proper job. Called to see if she could straighten up bangs, and after Kat actually called back, leaving me a message (“I don’t remember who you are, I don’t see this name in my bookings…”) and then I tried calling her back again, leaving another message stating we would just make another appointment and then never got a call back. Done, bye. Enjoy your happy following that clearly keeps you from being concerned about new client satisfaction.
